The Albert Lea Public Library held a Fiction Writing Contest from December 2022-January 2023. Stories were limited to two pages and were written on the theme, “A little magic can go a long way.” Judges from the community ranked the submissions and the top three stories in each category were awarded a prize. Below are the winning submissions that we got permission to publish.
